Home show booth prices

Booth Rates lines up what US home and garden shows charge for a booth, size by size, including the listing fee and new-exhibitor fee that sit on top of the headline number. Written for home-improvement contractors buying floor space, not a craft table.

How to read a rate card

The 10×10 is the comparison booth. Where a show only publishes a price per square foot, a 10×10 is 100 square feet at that rate, and the card says so.

The first-time total adds required fees: listing, a mandatory outlet or Wi-Fi, and a new-exhibitor package. Corner, aisle, and direct-sell fees stay out of that total until you choose them.

A deadline tagged booth is about the space. Services means the decorator. Hotel is the room block. Program is the show guide. Most “deadlines” on these sites are not the contract deadline.

What this edition is

Home shows only. Bridal shows and boat and RV shows are named in the header so the brand can grow, and they have no listings yet.

Two national producers, Marketplace Events and Nationwide Expos, run a large share of the metros. Independent shows and home-builder associations are the rest, and their sites go stale faster.

Sources, robots rules, and what is still coming.
